Open the iOS Settings app.

Go to General → Keyboard → Keyboards.

Tap Add New Keyboard… and select Just Write It.

Tap Just Write It in the list and turn on Allow Full Access (required so the keyboard can reach our AI servers).

15 transformations per day or up to 70 per week — whichever comes first. The counter resets daily and weekly.

Pro removes all transformation limits across 25 languages and 8 writing styles. Pro subscribers also get priority AI processing and early access to new features.

Open iOS Settings, tap your Apple ID at the top, choose Subscriptions, select Just Write It, then tap Cancel Subscription. You keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the Just Write It charge, and submit a request.

No. The keyboard does not log your keystrokes. Text is sent to our AI servers only when you tap the transform button, processed in real time, and never stored on our side. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Check your internet connection — the AI runs server-side and needs network access.

Verify Allow Full Access is ON in Settings → General → Keyboard → Keyboards → Just Write It.

If you've hit the free-tier limit, upgrade to Pro or wait for the daily/weekly reset.
