Terms of Service - Just Write It

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Just Write It application ("App") or visiting our website at just-write-it.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Just Write It is an AI-powered iOS keyboard application that transforms user-provided text into different languages, tones, and writing styles. The Service uses artificial intelligence (Anthropic Claude) to process and rewrite text upon user request.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

4. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account using Apple Sign In or Google Sign In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You may not share your account or create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits.

5. Free and Paid Plans

5.1 Free Plan

The free plan includes 15 text transformations per day and 70 per week. New users receive a 7-day trial with unlimited access. After the trial, the free plan limits apply automatically.

5.2 Pro Plans

Pro subscriptions (Monthly at $9/month, Yearly at $90/year) provide unlimited text transformations. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions for in-app purchases.

5.3 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled by Apple according to their App Store refund policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Generate spam, phishing content, or misleading communications
Create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
Impersonate another person or entity
Attempt to bypass rate limits or abuse the Service
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
Use automated tools or bots to access the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses AI to transform text. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated output may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unexpected results. You are solely responsible for reviewing and using the transformed text. We do not guarantee that the output will be accurate, appropriate, or free from errors.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the text you input and the transformed output. The App, its design, code, and branding are the intellectual property of Just Write It and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Just Write It shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
